COMPSOC: Changes to CompSoc mailing lists

All,

A number of the Computing Society mailing lists have been renamed this
evening.

 * All old names will transparently forward mail to their new
   destination.

 * You may have to update filtering rules on your mail client in order
   to route mail as before: all outgoing mails will feature the new
   addresses.


Lists that have been renamed include:

 Old name          New name
