COMPSOC: Notification of Annual General Meeting

Hi All,

The Society plans to hold its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 6th
February in the evening. The time and location is to be finalised and
will be sent out in a later email.

The precise Exec positions available are going to be discussed at the
Special General Meeting on January 30th. Nominations for candidates
will open immediately afterwards and will remain open for 48 hours,
upon which a list will be made available.

We hope as many of you as possible will come to both the SGM and AGM
meetings to discuss the future of the Society and elect next years
Exec.
